Curriculum Modification & Adaptation:

. Lead trainer for a curriculum modification and adaptation project to provide activities for students with disabilities to accompany Alabama's new Math and Science curriculum.
. Modification & adaptation of curriculum for an Atlanta area private school for students with disabilities.
. Working with families on adaptation of curriculum materials for individual students.

Consulting:

. Administration of a Self-Determination Grant Project at a Day Habilitation Program in Lawrenceville, Ga.
. Consulting in support of a cooperative teaching project for an Atlanta area school district.
. Consulting for program development at an Atlanta area school for students with disabilities.
. Consulting for instructional support for school systems in Alabama and Georgia.
. Consult with an AT manufacturer to develop an electronic community of practice to support their customers.
. Consulting with families on AT implementation.

Training:

Create has developed a series of training workshops in best practice applications of AT. A range of topics in AT are addressed in face-to-face workshops, and Professional Learning Unit (PLU) and ASHA CE credit is available for selected courses. CREATE is also developing a series of online trainings. Participants will be able join us from the comfort of their own home, office or computer lab at a time convenient to them.
